Brian Dawkins Featured In Inspirational Eagles Hype Video

By Ray Boyd

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Last season it was Bradley Cooper who hyped up Eagles fans in several hype videos. This year, the responsibility goes to perhaps the most hyped up Eagles player of all time, Brian Dawkins.

The Eagles released their hype video for the 2015 season on Wednesday as fans ready themselves for Monday's opener against the Falcons.

The message of the video is that the upcoming Eagles campaign is all about work.

"I know they say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life," Dawkins says in the video. "Well I don't buy that! I think if you love what you do, you're going to work all day, everyday, harder than everyone else until they shut the lights off on you."

The video does a stellar job of juxtaposing Eagles players giving 100 percent alongside images of Philadelphia's blue-collar working community doing the same.

The montage also features a shot of world-renowned DJ, and Temple University product, Diplo wearing an Eagles jersey during a performance.

Dawkin's iconic stadium entrance kicks off a string of Eagles highlights including big plays from new Eagles Sam Bradford and DeMarco Murray.

The season is upon us and this new video from the Eagles is the perfect way to kick things off.
