Jersey Shore House Once Rented For Frank Sinatra Now For Sale

By David Madden

BRIGANTINE, N.J. (CBS) -- Looking to buy that house at the Jersey Shore? How about a little place where the Chairman of the Board once stayed when he played Atlantic City?

You'd best have a ton of cash or a superb line of credit.

Mind you. Frank Sinatra didn't own the inlet beachfront property on Sunset Court in Brigantine. But he stayed there when he performed at the Sands Hotel and Casino back in the 1990's. The casino rented it for him and his entourage.

Realtor Gary Paul has now been given the mission by its current owner to sell it. And Paul relishes the opportunity.

"The property is a one of a kind property," Paul tells KYW Newsradio. "It's not a property that you're going to find in every beach town."

The reason? This particular home isn't just massive at 59-hundred square feet inside, with five bedrooms and seven and half baths.

"It has about six-thousand square feet of decking and a huge swimming pool that's about 40 feet long and 18 feet wide," Paul says.

Now to get your hands on this little gem, you'll have to cough up $5.2 million. It's been on the market for a week-and-a-half now and has gotten quite a bit of online chatter.

The owner has one of Frank's toupees he left behind during one visit. Maybe you can get that thrown in as part of a deal.
