Couple Tied Up During South Philadelphia Home Invasion

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating a home invasion overnight in South Philadelphia.

It happened around 1 a.m. Monday at a home in the 1500 block of South Marshall Street.

Police say two men broke into the home and tied up a 65-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman inside.

The suspects fled the home with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The couple was able to untie themselves before police arrived. They were not injured.
