Atlantic City Police Release Sketch In Alleged Groping Incident

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., (CBS) – Police are asking for the public's help to identify a male depicted in a sketch, accused of groping a 12-year-old girl in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

At about 4:14 p.m. Saturday, July 11, Atlantic City Police say patrol officers were called to Annapolis Avenue and the beach to meet with lifeguards and the parents of the girl who stated a male touched her inappropriately while she was swimming in the ocean.

According to police, the male was reportedly last seen walking along the beach towards Ventnor.

Police say the person is described as a white male in his mid 20's, 5'10" to 6", with a medium build blue eyes, brown hair and numerous freckles on his back.
