South Jersey Computer Repairman Gets 40-Year Sentence In Client's Slaying
WOODBURY, N.J. (AP) — A self-employed computer repairman convicted in the strangulation death of a female client has been sentenced to 40 years in state prison.
Gloucester County prosecutors say 35-year-old Harry Neher, of Woodbury, must serve 30 years before he becomes eligible for parole under the sentence imposed Friday.
Neher was convicted in May of murder and related offenses in the December 2012 slaying of Sabrina Bullock. The 41-year-old Woodbury resident's body was found in a clothing donation shed behind Neher's residence.
Prosecutors say Neher had a home computer repair business and had done work for Bullock, who was strangled with an electrical cord from a computer keyboard.
Neher also received a concurrent 18-month prison sentences for tampering with evidence, hindering prosecution and a weapons charge.
