By Phran Novelli

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Like to take day trips? Got summer visitors? Here's a great way to see lots of gardens, historic houses and museums this summer and save a lot of money.

You can get what's called a 'Brandywine Treasure Trails Passport' to visit 11 places for one flat price; $45 dollars for one person or $95 for a family of two adults and up to three children under 18.

This passport gives you one admission to each of 11 sites, including Winterthur (whose Faerie Cottage in the Enchanted Woods are pictured here), Longwood Gardens, Mt. Cuba Center, the Delaware Museum of Natural History, Nemours Mansion and Gardens, the Delaware Art Museum with its Sculpture Garden, the Brandywine River Museum, and many more.

This passport has been available since the end of May, but get it today and you still have plenty of time to see everything on the list before it expires on September 7th.

It's a great way to enjoy several summer day trips in the Brandywine Valley and visit not only the larger gardens and sights you may be familiar with, but also many hidden gems you may never have seen before. Get details at VisitWilmingtononDE.com and find info about how to get your passport online.
