Police: Suspect Wanted In Connection With West Phila. Block Party Shooting Surrenders

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Authorities say one of two men wanted in connection with a shooting in West Philadelphia surrendered to police.

Philadelphia Police say Dominic Lamar turned himself in Monday afternoon.

According to police, the shooting happened on June 20th at the 4100 block of Ogden Street. Police say 10 people were struck with birdshot fired from a shotgun.

Police say a second suspect, identified by authorities as Kyleif Harley, remains on the loose.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Southwest Detectives at 215-686-3183.

Police say there is a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this investigation.
