Del. Man Accused Of Having Sexual Contact With 3 Children During Sleepovers At His Home

MILTON, Del. (CBS) – A Delaware man has been arrested after police say three girls reported being inappropriately touched by him during sleepovers at his home.

On June 23rd, police were contacted by the family of a 10-year-old female who reported she'd been inappropriately touched by a friend's father.

After an investigation, it was determined the suspect, 45-year-old Edward S. Husbands, had also touched two other young female victims, one 10 and the other 11, when they had spent the night at his Milton home. The three separate occasions dated back to December 2014.

On Thursday, June 25th, Husbands was arrested and charged with two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st with a Person less than 13 years of age, one count of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st with a Person less than 13 years of age, and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Anyone with information on the case or who was similarly victimized by Husbands is asked to call police.
