Athletic Clothes Retailer Recalls Shirts Due To Safety Concerns

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Yoga retailer lululemon has recalled more than 130,000 women's tops due to safety concerns.

The tops, which come in numerous colors and have an elastic draw cord with hard metal or plastic tips in the hood or around the neck area, are being recalled due to concerns about the elastic cord being pulled or catching on something and snapping back, resulting in injury to the face.

There have apparently been seven different injuries to the eyes or face reported, the Consumer Product Safety Commission says.

Consumers are being urged to either remove the drawstring or contact lululemon for a non-elastic cord.
