Weber Gallagher Partner Lynne Gold-Bikin received both the 2015 Lynette Norton award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Commission on Women in the Profession and the Legal Intelligencer 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award.  These awards go to outstanding people in their professions and those who have had an impact in their fields and have helped educate their peers.

The Lynette Norton Award was presented on May 7, at the Sheraton Philadelphia Center City Hotel, during the Commission's Annual Conference.  It recognizes a female litigator who shows leadership in mentoring other women attorneys.

The 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award is given to individuals who have helped shape the law in Pennsylvania and "have collectively moved forward the legal profession in the state, helped foster the legal education of younger attorneys and stood as examples of some of the best virtues of Pennsylvania attorneys."  The awards were presented at a dinner on May 20.

Lynne is a nationally renowned family law attorney who has frequently appeared on the major networks and has been quoted in prominent newspapers and magazines discussing domestic issues. She has won numerous awards and literally wrote the book on divorce law in 1994 when her "Divorce Practice Handbook" was published.

She is the Co-Chair of the firm's Women's Initiative, started in 2012, to support and develop the careers of women attorneys in the firm and to reach out to women in the community. Teaching women how to build their business and encourage them to be in charge of their careers is one of Lynne's main goals in and outside of the firm.  Active in community, she is also Chair of the Upper Merion Zoning Hearing Board.
