Sixers To Present Largest Draft Party In Team History At Dilworth Park

By Ray Boyd

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The 2015 NBA Draft marks a very important moment in the Sixers rebuild. There are clear pieces in place on the roster already and another game-changer addition could begin the Sixers march back to relevancy.

To commemorate that special night, the Sixers will be holding the largest draft party in team history in conjunction with DraftKings.

The party will be held on the night of the draft, June 25, at Dilworth Park in the shadow of City Hall. The event will run from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. All fans in attendance will receive free food and drinks.

All adults 18 and over will receive free admission to the draft party if they register for a DraftKings account. The first 1,000 to register will receive a t-shirt featuring the new Ballin' Ben logo.

Anyone under the age of 18 will be admitted for free.

Several large television displays will be setup throughout Dilworth Park allowing fans to watch the draft. The entire area will be on edge as the Sixers will be on the clock with the third overall selection.

The event will feature a Kids Zone among other attractions and Sixers alumni, Sixers Dancers, Franklin and more will be in attendance.

You can visit the team's website for more information on the event.
