Del. Woman Arrested For 5th DUI
HARRINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Police say a Harrington, Delaware woman has been arrested for her fifth DUI.
On June 2 at 10:38 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Benjamin Street in the area of Center St. Ext. for a traffic violation.
Officers contacted the driver, Robin L. Evans, 54, and smelled alcohol.
Evans was taken into custody and standard field sobriety tests were administered.
A computer check revealed Evans had four previous DUI convictions dating back to 2000.
Evans was charged with 5th Offense Driving under the influence, failure to have identification in possession and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
