Five Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash On Roosevelt Boulevard
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Five people were injured after a multi-vehicle crash along the Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia.
It happened around 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the southbound outer drive of the Boulevard at Tyson Avenue in the city's Mayfair neighborhood.
Police say at least five vehicles were involved in the accident.
Three people were taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital and two others were transported to Alert Einstein Medical Center. All five victims were listed in stable condition.
There was no immediate word on what caused the crash.
The southbound lanes of the Roosevelt Boulevard were closed while police investigated the accident.
