Police: 2 Injured In Falls Township Accident

FALLS Twp., Pa., (CBS) – Police say two people were taken to the hospital following an accident in Falls Township, Bucks County.

At about 6:14 p.m. Tuesday, Falls Township Police say a vehicle traveling southbound on Lincoln Highway struck a utility pole and flipped upside down.

According to police, a female passenger was ejected and the male driver was pinned in the vehicle. Police say the fire company removed him from the vehicle.

Both were taken to St. Mary Trauma Center in unknown conditions, according to police.

Police say Lincoln Highway between Commerce Boulevard and Oxford Valley Road will be closed until further notice so utility crews can replace the pole and fix down wires.
