Zeoli Show Log 4.24.15

3:00- Rich opens his show on this Friday afternoon with a story of a first grade student who brought a knife into his school because he was being bullied. The NJ.com article which Zeoli cites  claims the 1st grader was being bullied heavily. Would you let your child be friends with this knife-wielding 1st grader? Would you let your child continue to attend the school unless proper action was taken? Rich gathers some opinions from callers and gives his own.

3:20- The show is live from Citizens Bank Park today. Will you be attending tonight's Phillies game? It's a great night for baseball. Adam Sandler is in the news this week. The Sandman's new project, which will be a direct-to-Netflix feature, has taken some heat due to its racially insensitive scenes surrounding Native Americans.  Sandler's new movie is titled "The Ridiculous Six."

3:40- We continue the Sandler conversation. Would you take a role in a movie that was centered around poking fun at your heritage or lifestyle? Rich doesn't have sympathy for these actors and actresses; either take the role or don't. The crew takes a few phone calls on movies or TV shows that would not be able to be made today considering today's racially sensitive society.

4:00- New weekly segment "Ask The Doctor" continues today at the top of the hour. Dr. Katie Schultheis joins the program with some medical news and advice. Dr. Oz's legitimacy is discussed.  Whats your overall opinion on Dr. Oz? Do you take him seriously? Also, should sperm bank buyers consider the adage 'buyer beware?'

4:20- We continue the "Ask The Doctor" segment. A couple is suing a sperm bank as well as the sperm donor because of a defective product? It sounds ridiculous but its true. Rich and Katie discuss this issue and take some phone calls for opinions.

4:40- It wouldn't be Friday unless we talked about the Clinton campaign. We hear some audio cuts from Clinton's advisers talking about Hilary's cash funds for her campaign.

4:50-"This Week In Music" hosted by executive producer Greg Stocker is apart of this segment. Stocker informs listeners on Rapper Wakka-Flocka Flame's recent presidential campaign declaration. Willie Nelson will be growing his own brand of marijuana which will be sold freely in Washington D.C. and Colorado. Sir Paul McCartney will be coming to Philadelphia for a Fathers Day Show at the Wells Fargo Center.

5:00- Why is the liberal media not outraged by President Obama's responsibility toward military lives? As reported yesterday, a U.S. drone killed an American hostage in the Middle East. Rich remembers a time when President Bush was crucified for torture tactics in Guantanamo Bay, however, resulting in no deaths. Meanwhile, our current President has O.K.ed multiple attacks that have taken the lives of American citizens. What are your thoughts?

5:20- Rich finally got his customized Phillies jersey with his name and number of the back. A majestic Clubhouse employee joins the show to talk about some of the cool and fun items that are currently on sale at the Majestic Store located inside Citizens Bank Park.

5:30- Philadelphia's Drexel University is in the news this week. Their admissions office made an error in their acceptance process as they admitted over 500 students to their graduate program who were not supposed to be admitted. Does Drexel owe these students anything? Rich doesn't think so. Greg Stocker doesn't either however, in his heart of hearts, he'd like Drexel to do SOMETHING for the students.

5:45 - Chipotle has announced it will begin to deliver their food to your door-step. Rich claims he would never, ever have Mexican food delivered to his door-step. Greg on the other hand says hes going to get Chipotle delivered tonight.

5:55 - We wrap up the show with Rich's final thoughts and a funny explanation about boring baseball from comedian Chris Rock.
