Yes, Really: Philadelphia Ranks One Of The Best At Being Ranked One Of The Best

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – For a city that's sometimes seen as a perpetual underdog, it turns out Philadelphia is actually the best – at making internet lists of the best, that is.
A new roundup of "The 16 U.S. Cities That Top Every Internet List for Being Awesome" puts Philly in the 13th most awesome spot.
"If you're retired and like nice hotels, meet your top 2015 vacation destination," Huffington Post writes.
According to the Huffington Post and Thrillist, the list was compiled by taking 44 different "best of" lists from around the web, giving points for cities mentioned in the top ten, then tallying them up.
So while it might not be very, um, scientific, it's nice to hear even more positive buzz about Philadelphia. Just this year, we've been ranked one of the most bike friendly, one of the best for food snobs, unexpectedly romantic and one of the best for new restaurants.
"Even if you're not tapping your IRA for a night at the Ritz-Carlton Philly, the city also scored high for 'food,' 'skylines' and 'singles,'" the HuffPo article adds.
Congrats on being awesome at being awesome, Philly.
