Bucks Man Will Spend Decades in Prison After Stalking Teen Girl Online

By Jim Melwert

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Bucks County man is facing a lengthy prison sentence after he was convicted of posing as a teenager online to get the teenaged daughter of one of his ex-girlfriends to send him naked pictures.

Christopher Steibing, 34, will spend the next 28 years in prison.  He was living in Falls Township when he posed online as a 15-year-old girl to win the trust of the 13-year-old daughter of this ex-girlfriend.

Once he won her trust, investigators say, he pretended to introduce her to a 14-year-old boy, a fake identity which he used to entice the girl to send him explicit pictures.

And assistant US attorney Joe Khan says he threatened to send those photos to her family if she didn't send him more.

"He then made good on that threat, and sent these degrading, humiliating pictures of the victim to her own family members, which caused the victim further emotional trauma," Khan tells KYW Newsradio.

Khan says Steibing also Photoshopped his own daughter's face on explicit photos and posted them on web sites.

And Khan adds that Steibing even tried to contact the victim after his computer was confiscated.

In addition to 28 years in prison, he was also sentenced to 20 years of supervised release.
