2 Firefighters Hurt Battling Roxborough Blaze
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Two Philadelphia firefighters were injured Saturday fighting a blaze in Wissahickon Park.
The fire flared up around 6 p.m. in a wooded area near the intersection of Ridge and North Western Avenues.
Fire officials say the blaze took quite some time to place under control.
Sources say one firefighter was treated for leg pain and the other for back pain. Both are said to be in stable condition.
There's no word yet what caused the fire.
