Police Need Help Identifying Disoriented Woman Found In West Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police are reaching out to the public for help identifying a woman.

On Wednesday, April 1st around 10:08 a.m., police were called to 5400 Chestnut Street for reports of a female on the highway.

Upon their arrival, police located an unidentified female who did not speak English and appeared disoriented but not injured.

The woman was taken to Misericordia Hospital ER for evaluation.

An officer at the hospital spoke to the woman in Mandarin Chinese, but she became agitated and would not reveal her name or any other information.

Officials describe the woman as an Asian female between 30 and 50 years old. She's about 5'1" and 130 lbs with black hair and missing front lower teeth.

The woman was reportedly wearing red non-slip socks, a purple sweater and gray sweat pants.
