Teen Shot In Head Outside Kensington Mini-Mart

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A teenager is in critical condition after he was shot several times outside a mini-mart in Philadelphia Thursday.

The shooting happened outside the Cambria Mini Market at Cambria and Amber Streets in the city's Kensington section.

According to investigators, police were called to the scene for a shooting on the sidewalk outside the store.

When officers arrived, they found a 17-year-old male on the ground with gunshot wounds to his head and torso.

Officers rushed the male to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.

The shooting remains under investigation.
