Sugar Philly Offering Free Treats For Macaron Day
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – In addition to being the first day of spring, it's also Macaron Day, and a local food truck is offering freebies.
The Sugar Philly truck, which serves huge versions of the typically small, cookie-like confection; is offering free macarons in honor of the holiday.
The truck announced the freebies on its social media pages and says flavors include Milk and Honey, Tiramisu, Nutella and the "Flavors of the Week," Red Sangria and Fruit Loops.
The first giveaway was at noon and the second will be at 3 p.m.
