Preview: Sixers Host Pistons Tonight
By Matt Leon
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The 76ers will look to recover from back-to-back losses tonight as they welcome the Detroit Pistons to the Center.
Brett Brown's squad fell to 15-52 on the season on Monday night with a 108-89 loss to Boston. The Sixers were swept in four meetings against the Celtics this season, losing each game by double-figure points.
Nerlens Noel led the 76ers in defeat on Monday with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
Philadelphia has had much more success against the Pistons this season, winning two of the three match-ups and a win tonight would give the Sixers the season series against Detroit.
In their last match-up on January 28th, the Sixers won 89-69 in South Philadelphia behind 19 points from Robert Covington.
Detroit brings a 24-43 record into tonight's game and they are coming off a victory over Memphis last night, 105-95. That win snapped a ten-game losing streak.
