Police: Man Fatally Shot In Cobbs Creek
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a 19-year-old man was fatally shot in Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek neighborhood.
Police say it happened around 9:53 p.m. Monday at the 6000 block of Irving Street.
Philadelphia Police say the man was shot twice in the head.
Police say he was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Police are investigating.
