Police: Man Shot In The Back In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating after they say a man was shot in the back in North Philadelphia.

Police say it happened around 7:56 p.m. Monday at the 2600 block of W. Hagert Street.

According to Philadelphia Police, a 34-year-old man walked into a fire house at 26th and York Streets with a gunshot wound to the back.

Police say he was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was placed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Police are investigating.
