Family Seeks Public's Help To Help Solve Decade Old Cold Case In Philadelphia

By John McDevitt

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It was 10 years ago today that a South Jersey couple went missing after visiting a Philadelphia bar. Now, the public's help is being sought to help close this cold case.

On February 19, 2005, Danielle Imbo and Richard Patrone Jr. went missing after leaving a bar in the 500 block of South Street. They were riding in Patrone's 2001 dodge pickup truck that also has not been located.

Richard's mother, Marge Patrone, is asking for the public's help.

"We need a break in this case; somebody out there knows something even if you think it's insignificant, at this point we are begging the public to come forward."

"A three thousand pound truck and two individuals simply don't disappear without a trace," says FBI agent Christian Zajac.

He says there have been promising leads over the past couple of years, but did not go into details.

He does say the leads confirm the belief that foul play was involved, and whoever is responsible for the couple's disappearance did not act alone.
A $50,000 is being offered in this case by the Citizens Crime Commission. The number: 215-546-TIPS.
