Police: Missing Mom, 16, Twin Newborn Daughters Found Safe
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say a missing 16-year-old girl and her twin newborn daughters have been found.
Police say 16-year-old Ruth Johnson and her week-old twin daughters -- Faith and Grace -- were found at a friend's house Friday.
Johnson and the newborns went missing at about 9 p.m. Thursday at her home in the 7100 block of Glenloch Street in Northeast Philadelphia.
Investigators say Johnson had a verbal altercation at her home and left the residence with her twin daughters.
However, police said they have been found safe at a friend's house.
