Report: Marshawn Lynch Faces 'Significant Fine' For Wearing BeastMode Hat

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- According to an ESPN report, Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch faces a "significant fine" for wearing a "BeastMode" hat during Tuesday's Super Bowl media day. NFL players are not permitted to wear brands that conflict with league partners during official league events.

Lynch, who admittedly does not like speaking to the media, controversially answered "I'm just here so I won't get fined" to every question, ironically to avoid a $500,000 fine from the NFL.

Lynch was selling the "BeastMode" hat on his website for $33, but the item is currently out of stock.
