Boston Blogger Asks Belichick If He Needs Anyone Murdered

By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The creator of barstoolsports.com David Portnoy, better know as "El Pres" or just "Pres" for those stoolies out there, is highly regarded as the most powerful media personality in Boston.

On Tuesday, Portnoy---a huge supporter of Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots during "Deflategate"---was at Super Bowl XLIX media day and asked the Patriots' head coach if he needs anyone murdered.

"Bill, Bill, Bill. Dave, Barstool Sports," Portnoy said. "When we went out to dinner in Nantucket [Massachusetts], I do remember."

"Haha, you got it," Belichick replied.

"I do," Portnoy continued. "And the second part of this question, moving forward, if you need anyone murdered this next week---Felger, Mazz, [NFL Commissioner Roger] Goodell, I'm your guy. Just tell me who to take out, I'm your guy."

"Right now," said Belichick, "I'm just thinking about Seattle."

Felger and Mazz, who Portnoy referred to along with Roger Goodell, are Michael Felger and Tony Massarotti---hosts on 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston. Portnoy was annoyed with the way the radio hosts have been "anti-Patriots" during the scandal.

Well, Felger and Mazz welcomed Portnoy onto their show on Tuesday to discuss "Deflategate."
