'Code Blue' Declared In Vineland, Warming Shelter Will Open
VINELAND, N.J. (CBS) --- Officials in Vineland, NJ have declared a 'Code Blue' that will go into effect this evening.
The Vineland Office of Emergency Management says the code blue starts at 6pm, when the warming shelter at First Presbyterian Church at 8th and Landis Avenues opens.
The code blue will remain in effect until tomorrow night, and officials ask residents to spread the word to people who may be exposed to the elements.
