Police Say Three Missing Brothers From West Philadelphia Found Safe

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- UPDATE 1/17/15 3:18 p.m: Philadelphia Police announced that all three children were found in good condition at their grandmother's residence.

 Philadelphia Police say they are searching for three missing West Philadelphia brothers who their father says went missing on Friday. They responded to the call at 4:15 p.m to the 800 block of North 50th Street.

According to police, the father last saw the three as they walked to J. Rhoads Elementary School on Friday morning, but was informed that his sons never arrived at school when he went to pick them up at approximately 4:00 p.m.

The father told police that he has an ongoing custody battle with his ex-wife, the mother of the three boys.

Police say the father has informed them he believes the mother took the children, but he has not been able to contact her and no one saw her take the children.

Police are looking for 8-year old Zair Bell. He is 3'7" tall and 75 pounds. He was wearing a brown coat, yellow shirt, blue khakis and black sneakers.

Police are also looking for his brother, Yashua Bell, 6. He is 3'5" tall and pounds. He was wearing a blue and gray coat, yellow shirt, blue khakis and white and black sneakers.

The third missing brother is 5-year old Naziyr Bell. He is 3' 2" tall and 50 pounds. He was wearing a orange, white and blue coat, yellow shirt, blue khakis and white sneakers.
