Rob Zepp Gets Start In Net As Flyers Host Lightning

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Flyers will wrap up their four-game homestand tonight as they welcome the Tampa Bay Lightning to the Center.
The Flyers have gone 2-1-0 in the first three games of the homestand, but the one loss came last time out on Saturday as they fell to Boston, 3-1.
Goalie Steve Mason had to leave that game with Boston with a "lower body" injury. On Sunday, the Flyers recalled goalie Rob Zepp from the AHL's Phantoms to take his place and tonight Zepp will get the start against a Tampa team that not only has the most points (58) in the Eastern Conference, but also has scored the most goals (140) in all of the NHL.
This will be Zepp's second appearance with the Flyers this season. His first came back on December 21st on the road against Winnipeg. That game also served as the 33-year-old Zepp's NHL debut and he made 25 saves, earning an overtime win as the Flyers grabbed a 4-3 decision.
Tonight will be the third and final match-up between the Flyers and the Lightning this season. Tampa Bay has won the first two. On October 30th, the Lightning beat the Flyers in Florida 4-3. Then on December 16th, Tampa grabbed a 3-1 decision at the Center.
