By Hadas Kuznits

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  How sweet! There's a brand new mobile truck in Philadelphia. Latifa Lackey's is the owner of Candy Gyrl mobile candy truck. Her colorful candymobile takes on the Philly food truck scene.

"I finally got my dream off the ground," says Lackey. "It's like girly and it's just like Candyland!"

She sells candy in mason jars around the city and is available for parties.

"I started doing candy buffets in 2007," she says, "and then I started selling jars of candy just on cook-outs and block parties and stuff like that, and then I was like, 'I want to do a candy truck.' It was something different."

"We've looked for years, Ardmore was always on our radar," says partner Mark Edelson. "We looked at a lot of sites in Ardmore and we finally found one that fit for us."

And Other Animal Coffee Roasters, a small batch roastery, has opened at 1500 Federal Street. Owner and roaster Daniel Westiner says right now the product is available only online but will soon be available at Philadelphia coffee shops.

"I tend to roast a little bit on the lighter side just because I think a lot of coffee's natural characteristics really shine through in lighter roasts," Westiner says. "But really, I look for that sweetness and acidity and just really unusual characteristics like floralness to it."
