Source: Phillies To Acquire Two Minor League Pitchers For Rollins

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Sources tell 94WIP's Howard Eskin that the Phillies' will acquire minor league pitchers Zach Eflin and Tom Windle for Jimmy Rollins.

Eflin, a 6'4", 200-pound right-handed pitcher, has a 3.41 ERA in 49 minor-league starts. Windle, a 6'4", 215-pound left-handed pitcher, has a 4.26 ERA in 25 starts.

The Padres are the third team involved in the deal, as San Diego has reportedly acquired Matt Kemp from the Dodgers, pending a physical. The Dodgers are acquiring Eflin from the Padres---a 2012 first round pick of theirs---in the Kemp deal.

All of this, is pending Kemp's physical. Kemp missed 89 games in 2013 and 56 games in 2012, due to a variety of injuries.
