2 Injured After Ambulance Overturns In West Oak Lane

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two people were taken to the hospital after an ambulance overturned in Philadelphia on Wednesday.

Reports came in of the overturned ambulance at 66th and Ogontz in West Oak Lane around 11:45 a.m.

The ambulance reportedly collided with an SUV, badly damaging both vehicles.

Two people were reportedly taken to Einstein Hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unclear.

The crash remains under investigation.
