Four People Rescued From Burning Home In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Firefighters rescued four people from a burning home overnight in North Philadelphia.
Flames broke out around 2:30 a.m. Monday at a home along North 17th Street near Indiana Avenue.
Authorities say they rescued four people from a porch roof in the back of the property. Three of the people were taken to Temple University Hospital for evaluation.
The fire was placed under control within 20 minutes.
There was no word on what caused the fire.
