Penn State Warns Fans Of Ticket Theft Ahead Of Temple Game

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Penn State released an announcement to the public ahead of their game this weekend against Temple University. According to the university, 115 tickets for Saturday's in-state battle were stolen from Temple's allotment of tickets that was being returned to Penn State.

Penn State is aware of the seat location of the tickets and has announced that anyone who tries to enter the stadium using the tickets will be denied entry to Beaver Stadium.

The tickets are in section NKU, rows 63-71, seats 1-23 (odd numbered seats) and row 72, seats 1-9 (odd numbered seats).

Anyone who purchased a ticket in the section is being asked to contact the university at 800-NITTANY to resolve the issue.

Penn State and Temple kick off at noon on Saturday. Both teams currently have 5 wins and are in search of their 6th victory which will make them bowl eligible for the season.
