Germantown Abduction Suspect Charged With Kidnapping
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- United States Attorney Zane David Memeger announced on Thursday that abduction suspect Delvin Barnes was charged by indictment with kidnapping.
Barnes is accused of kidnapping Carlesha Gaither off of a Germantown Street about two weeks ago.
If convicted Barnes faces a maximum possible sentence of life in prison.
The FBI, Philadelphia Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the U.S. Marshal's Service all investigated this case.
