Man Shot Twice In West Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man was shot two times early Sunday morning in West Philadelphia.
This happened around 12:15 a.m. on the 4100 block of Westminster Avenue.
When police arrived to the scene, they found a 42-year-old man who was shot once in the thigh and once in his calf. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he is in stable condition.
Police say a fragment was recovered along with six fired cartridge casings, but they don't have any information on a suspect at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
