Township Within Frein Search Area Postpones Halloween Parade

BARRETT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – One township in Monroe County might have a lot of disappointed kids this Halloween.

Barrett Township in Monroe County has postponed its annual Halloween parade, presumably due to the ongoing manhunt for Eric Frein.

The township announced the move on its website on Friday, citing "safety concerns."

No date has been specified for the rescheduled parade.
