2 Men Arrested For Multiple Bike Thefts In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have arrested two men in connection with a series of bike thefts in the city.

On October 4th and 5th, two suspects entered a garage on 201 South 18th Street and stole a total of four bicycles. Then on Thursday, October 9, Drexel Police received a radio call for two men stealing bikes from a rack on 3301 Market Street.

When police arrived and tried to stop the suspects, they fled on foot, but were eventually apprehended and identified as Robert Kradzinski and John Starson.

Further investigation determined that Kradzinksi was also allegedly responsible for another bike theft, where a mountain bike worth $600 was taken from 3200 Chestnut Street.

Kradzinski and Starson are both charged with multiple bicycle thefts and related offenses.
