Police In Chester County Searching For Suspect In Alleged Sexual Assault

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Chester County are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred in East Goshen Township.

On Sunday, Sept. 14, a 22-year-old female resident of the Tree Tops at Chester Hollow Apartments reported that after she parked her vehicle, a male suspect approached her and touched her inappropriately.

According to the report, that suspect then pushed the woman up against her vehicle and touched her in a sexually inappropriate manner.

When the victim asked what the man was doing, he fled to the rear area of the apartment complex.

The suspect is described as a white male who is about 18-20 years old and 6'0" tall. He's said to have a skinny build, blue eyes and "messy" blonde hair that was about ear-length. The man was wearing a gray t-shirt, black Under Armour mesh shorts and athletic shoes.

Police believe the man lives in the area of West Chester Pike and North Chester Road.
