Cops: Man Charged In Lehigh County Killing Heard Voices To 'Kill Everyone'

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) -- Authorities say a man accused of strangling a woman and leaving her body in the bathroom of a Pennsylvania apartment while he partied with others told police that he heard voices telling him to "kill everyone."

Thirty-three-year-old Jesus Dominguez is charged in Lehigh County in the death of 60-year-old Shirley DiLeo in Allentown over the Labor Day weekend.

Detectives said Dominguez said he smoked crack with the victim and later woke to find her dead. He also described another person called "Gabe" with them but witnesses said there was no one matching that description there.

Police said the defendant also said he was bipolar and schizophrenic and hadn't taken his medication.

But a detective said Dominguez also said "There's no way to sugar-coat it; I killed an old lady."
