Crozer Keystone Health System

Pat Ciarrocchi visited Crozer Keystone's Taylor Hospital to speak with Dr. Michael Soojan and the Michele family about their experience with the Hospice Center at Crozer. The Michele family has been with Hospice for three of their relatives and even though that time in their life was difficult, they had a great experience with the staff and care they got from the Hospice Division of Crozer.

Dr. Soojan shared with us that making the decision for your loved one to be in Hospice Care can be very challenging but they try to make the transition as comfortable as possible for the patient and their families.
