Darin Ruf, Carlos Ruiz Back In Lineup Tonight Vs. Giants, Bumgarner

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Phillies bring a three-game losing streak into tonight's match-up with the San Francisco Giants at Citizens Bank Park.
