PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Don’t blink! The Phillies have won four games in a row and eight out of their last 10 games to pull within four games of the National League first-placed Washington Nationals. Oddly enough, the Phils are more games away from .500–five–than they are out of first place in the division.

That begs the question posed by the WIP Morning Show on the Audio Roadshow app on Friday: Is it logical to think the Phillies can win the NL East. It was almost a dead-even split, as 51% of fans voted yes.

With Cody Asche expecting be activated on Friday, Cliff Lee hopefully back around July 4th, Mike Adams and Darin Ruf still recovering from injuries, and an extremely weak NL East division, you just never know. It’s why we love sports.

But then again, hope is a dangerous thing.
