Twitter Gets GIF's

 

Twitter now supports GIF's. The looping animated images can be seen on the social network's desktop and mobile platforms.

The company made the announcement via tweet.

The GIF's won't play automatically, you have to press a play button or click on the tweet.

Twitter joins Pinterest and Tumblr who already support these images on their platforms.

LinkedIn Unveils Job Search App

The social network for professionals has launched its first standalone job search app.

LinkedIn Job Search will let users search for and filter jobs, save jobs of interest, learn more about a company, and apply for a position using the information in their LinkedIn profile.

For now, the free app is only available for Apple devices.

Chelsea Handler Gets Netflix Talk Show

Stand Up To Cancer - Arrivals

Chelsea Handler is moving from TV to Netflix.

The late-night comedian has announced she'll host a talk show on the streaming service in 2016.

Netflix says "The new talk show will feature an updated format that still encompasses Chelsea's unfiltered opinions on topical entertainment and cultural issues, as well as her signature guest interviews".

Handler's current show "Chelsea Lately" ends it seven-year run on the E! network  in August.

Pinterest App Now Available on Windows Phone

The Pinterest app has finally made its way to Windows Phone but it's a beta version.

Windows Phone users get the basics of Pinterest but the app will not have all the iOS and Android features.
