PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – We saw another nice round of weather this weekend across the Delaware Valley as an area of high pressure remains in place.
High temperatures were above average Saturday in the mid 80s. Sunday will be even warmer than Saturday with inland areas reaching the upper 80s under mostly sunny skies. Humidity levels remain on the lower side as dew point temperatures remain in the 50s for the rest of the weekend. This measures how much moisture is in the atmosphere and it starts to feel humid with dew point temperatures in the 60s.
The dry weather will come to an end overnight Sunday as an area of low pressure approaches the Delaware valley.
Humidity levels will also increase on Monday and will fuel shower and thunderstorms chances both on Monday and Tuesday.
