Pottstown Police Investigating After Man Found Shot To Death Inside Vehicle
POTTSTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death inside a vehicle in Pottstown.
On June 5th around 9:52 p.m., Pottstown Borough police responded to the 400 block of Jefferson Avenue for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Officers discovered a 20-year-old man inside the vehicle who had suffered at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of Friday morning, the victim's identity was not being released pending notification of his family.
Police say they are investigating his death as a homicide and autopsy results are pending.
