PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It has already been a tough season for the Phillies as they sit at 24-33 heading into Thursday's series finale down in Washington.
The Phillies have struggled in just about every aspect of the game this season and it doesn't appear things are going to get much better anytime soon.
