Philadelphia Man Accused Of Inappropriate Behavior Outside High School
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia man is accused of inappropriate behavior outside of a local high school.
According to the District Attorney's Office, 45-year-old Samuel Hart is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of students at the Philadelphia High School for Girls on several occasions.
The D.A's office has charged him with unlawful contact with minors, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.
Hart was arraigned and his bail has been set at $150,000.
His next court date is scheduled for May 28.
